Our customer was often away from home for extended periods of time.
This customer had her heart set on motorized shades she could operate via her smartphone and already had some idea about the colors and fabrics for each of the rooms. We helped her choose the options that best complemented her furnishings and scheduled our next visit. We custom made the shades to our customer’s windows and returned at the agreed time to mount them. We also showed Ms. Butcher how to schedule and operate her new blinds before leaving.
